4. Birth certificate
5. Copy of last report card/transcript from last school attended
6. Recommendations of last attended school
7. Two (2) passport size pictures
8. Registration fee: USD 40,-
9. Caution fee: USD 60,-
10. At least one term’s tuition fees, which is USD 340,-

Note: The school fee is USD 1020,- a year. It can be paid monthly, quarterly or yearly at DSB ( De Surinaamse Bank) account #: 7962150  

This is done to ensure the security and validity of the examinations. The registration for the exams however is done by the school itself.
